THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AMD SECURITY AGREEMENT (ACCOUNTS AND INVENTORY) is entered into on Sept 26, 2006, between COMERICA BANK, a Michigan banking corporation (“Bank”) as secured party, whose Western Division headquarters office is 333 West Santa Clara Street, San Jose, California and HEMACARE CORPORATION, a California corporation, CORAL BLOOD SERVICES, INC., a California corporation, and HEMACARE BIOSCIENCE, INC., a Florida corporation, jointly and severally (collectively as “Borrower”), whose sole place of business (if it has only one) or chief executive office (if it has more than one place of business) is located at the address set forth below its name on the signature page to this Agreement.
