EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of May 1, 2006 by and between PADCO Advisors II, Inc., a Maryland corporation, d/b/a Rydex Investments (the “Adviser”), and Rydex Variable Trust (the “Trust”) (the “Agreement”), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”).
