THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 27, 2007, is by and between the Persons set forth on Schedule 1 hereto (individually, a “Seller” and, collectively, the “Sellers”), Coffee Bean Holding Co., Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Farmer Bros.
