This RESEARCH AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Interleukin Genetics, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“ILI”) and Access Business Group International LLC, having its principal office at 7575 Fulton Street, East, Ada, Michigan 49355-0001 (“Access”). Each of ILI and Access is sometimes referred to individually herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
