THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of May 14, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and between FAVRILLE, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and RICHARD GHALIE (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and each is individually referred to herein as a “Party.”
