This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between iMergent, Inc. (including its wholly owned subsidiary, StoresOnline) (the “Company”) and Brandon Lewis (“Executive”), on July 3, 2007 with an effective retroactive date as of April 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”).
