AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of June 28, 2007, among EINSTEIN NOAH RESTAURANT GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (formerly known as NEW WORLD RESTAURANT GROUP, INC.)
