This NONCOMPETITION AGREEMENT is being executed and delivered as of June 26, 2007 by VIKAS RIJSINGHANI (the “Stockholder”) in favor of, and for the benefit of: WEBSITE PROS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Purchaser”) and the other “Indemnitees” (as hereinafter defined).
