This Operating Agreement of JALOU FOX, LLC, a limited liability company organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Louisiana, is made effective as of September 1, 2005 by Gameco Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, the sole Member (the “Member”), of JALOU FOX, LLC (the “Company” as defined herein).
