THIS UNIT PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 21st day of September, 2007, by and between Dakota Growers Pasta Company, Inc., a North Dakota corporation (“Buyer”), and TechCom Group, LLC (“TechCom”), Buhler, Inc.
