THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), originally executed as of the 19th day of March, 2007, is hereby amended this 25th day of October, 2007 by and between ATS Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), and Dr. Edward H. Bersoff, a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “Executive”).
