This MORTGAGE PARTNERSHIP FINANCE (“MPF®”) Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 15th day of August, 2007, and is executed by the FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF BOSTON (the “Boston Bank”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, having its principal office at 111 Huntington Avenue, 24th Floor, Boston, MA 02199, and the FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF CHICAGO (the “MPF Provider”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, having its principal office at 111 East Wacker Drive, Suite 800, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
