THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 2nd day of November, 2007, but effective as of the 1st day of September, 2007, by and between DG FastChannel, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Pamela Maythenyi (the “Employee”).
