THIS GROUND LEASE, dated this 17th day of January, 2008, is between The Jaytee Properties Limited Partnership, a Kentucky limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as “Landlord” and Republic Bank & Trust Company, a Kentucky corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”. This First Amendment dated January 17, 2008, is made to the Republic Bank Building Lease effectively dated November 1, 2005 between The Jaytee Properties Limited Partnership, a Kentucky limited partnership, hereinafter referred to as “Landlord” and Republic Bank & Trust Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”. As parties hereto, Landlord and Tenant hereby agree to further modify and amend their original Lease Agreement as hereafter set forth.
