THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is executed this day of 2007, but is to be effective as of the 5th day of February, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between WORLDWATER & POWER CORP., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and FRANK W. SMITH, residing at 540 TORI CT. NEW HOPE, PA 18938 (the “Executive”).
