This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of August 5, 2008 among L-1 Identity Solutions Operating Company (formerly known as L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), each lender from time to time party hereto (the “Lenders” and, each individually, a “Lender”) and Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
