THIS DISTILLERS GRAINS MARKETING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 15th day of July, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) by and between RPMG, INC., a Minnesota corporation (“RPMG”) and Dakota Ethanol, LLC, a South Dakota corporation (“Producer”), collectively referred to hereinafter as “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
