This letter summarizes the terms of your separation from employment with Sonus Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) and the severance agreement and release between you and the Company (the “Agreement”). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish an amicable arrangement for ending your employment relationship, to release the Company from any claims and to permit you to receive severance pay and related benefits.
