Congaree Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) anticipates entering into a Securities Purchase Agreement (the “Participation Agreement”) with the United States Department of Treasury (the “Treasury”) that provides, among other things, for the purchase by the Treasury of securities issued by the Company.
