This Amendment No. 1 to License Agreement (this “Amendment”), effective as of the date of the last signature (the “Amendment Effective Date”), amends that certain License Agreement dated May 27, 2008 (the “Agreement”) between Callaway Golf Company (“Callaway Golf’) and Sport Haley, Inc.
