This Perpetual Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 15th day of March, 2009 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CMS Solutions, Inc., a California corporation (“Licensor”), MITCHELL ALLEE (“Allee”) and RPW Consolidated Information Systems Incorporated, a New Hampshire corporation (“Licensee”).
