(the “Company”), a corporation organized under the laws of the United States of America, with its principal offices at 4390 Davisville Road, Hatboro, Pennsylvania 19040, Fox Chase Bank (the “Bank”), a federally chartered stock savings bank organized under the laws of the United States of America, with its principal offices at 4390 Davisville Road, Hatboro, Pennsylvania 19040 and Michael Fitzgerald (“Executive”).
