THIS LOAN AGREEMENT, dated as of November 20, 2009, is entered into by and between FIRST CHESTER COUNTY CORPORATION, a Pennsylvania business corporation having its principal office at 9 North High Street, West Chester, Pennsylvania 19380 (the “Borrower”), and GRAYSTONE TOWER BANK, a Pennsylvania chartered bank having an office at 112 Market Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17101 (the “Bank”).
