AMENDMENT: It is hereby agreed that the LEASE AGREEMENT dated May 30, 2002 is extended for an additional thirty-six months firm, for the period June 18, 2009 through June 17, 2012, with Lessee’s monthly payments of $26,395.00 to be paid monthly in advance.
