THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 28, 2010 (this “Agreement”), is entered into among Cantel Medical Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors party to the Subsidiary Guaranty, the Lenders party hereto and Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Credit Agreement (as defined below).
