This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 15, 2010 and is effective as of June 15, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and among CARDIONET, INC. (the “Company”) and JOSEPH H. CAPPER (the “Executive”). The Company and the Executive are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and individually referred to as a “Party”.
