THIS REVISED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 21st day of July, 2010, and effective as of the 1st day of July, 2011, by and between HOME FEDERAL BANK, a South Dakota corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”), P. O. Box 5000, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57117-5000 and Curtis L. Hage (the “Employee”).
