This Global PlayStation®3 Format Licensed Publisher Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on by and between SONY COMPUTER ENTERTAINMENT EUROPE LIMITED, with offices at 10 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7LP ( “the SCE Company”) and THQ INC., with offices at 29903 Agoura Road, Agoura Hills, CA 91301, USA (“Publisher”).
