This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT dated August 13, 2010 (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among EnergySolutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), EnergySolutions, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Utah (the “Co-Issuer” and, together with the Company, the “Issuers”), the guarantors listed in Schedule 1 hereto (the “Guarantors”), and J.P.
