This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of October 15, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Global Geophysical Services, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“GGS” or “Company”), and Christopher P. Graham (“Executive”). Executive and the Company are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
