In addition, if the property being valued includes Investor AB Shares, Investor AB shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause Investor AB to provide to each of the Investment Banks and the Mutually Designated Appraiser reasonable access to management of Investor AB and to the books and records of Investor AB so as to allow each of them to conduct due diligence examinations in scope and duration as are customary in valuations of this kind.
