WHEREAS DREAMWORLD LEISURE (KAMPOT) LIMITED is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia (the “Company”), and the Company intends to apply for a Gaming License and subject to the grant of the Gaming License and other necessary permits by the Cambodian government or local authorities, to construct and develop and operate a casino on the Land owned by MEY (the “Project”).
