THIS MASTER LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of September 28, 2011 (this “Agreement”), is made by and between PCNPL TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (“Borrower”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association (as more specifically defined below, “Lender”).
