Credit Suisse Opportunity Funds, a Delaware business trust, (the “Series Fund”), for and on behalf of its series listed on Annex I hereto, which may be amended from time to time, (each, a “Series” and, collectively, the “Series”), and the Credit Suisse High Yield Bond Fund (the “High Yield Bond Fund”), a Delaware business trust (each, a “Fund”, and collectively, the “Funds”), herewith confirms its agreement with Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC (the “Adviser”) as follows:

This Amendment to the Custodian Agreement is made as of November 1, 2011 by and between each of the investment companies listed and described on Exhibit I, as amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”) and collectively the “Funds”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company (the “Custodian”). Capitalized terms used in this Amendment without definition shall have the respective meanings given to such terms in the Custodian Agreement referred to below.

AMENDMENT NO. 3 (this “Amendment”), dated as of December 9, 2011, to the Credit Agreement, dated as of December 12, 2008, by and among Credit Suisse High Yield Bond Fund, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Borrower”), the Banks party thereto, and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as agent for the Banks (in such capacity, the “Agent”), as amended by Amendment No. 1, dated as of December 11, 2009, and Amendment No. 2, dated as of December 10, 2010 (as the same may be further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”).
