The Custodian Contract dated as of March 7, 2008, as amended by Addendum One, effective as of March 31, 2010 (the “Agreement”), between you and each fund or series of a fund listed on the current Appendix A (as amended from time to time) (each such fund is individually hereafter referred to as the “Fund”) provides that if any Morgan Stanley fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 Act, as amended, in addition to the Funds listed on Appendix A desires to have you render services as custodian under the terms of the Agreement, it shall notify you in writing, whereupon such fund shall become a Fund under the Agreement and shall be listed on Appendix A.

AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT made as of this 1st day of November, 2004, by and between Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund Trust, a Pennsylvania business trust (the “Fund”), and Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., a Delaware corporation (“MSIM”).
