This Purchase and Sale Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 15th day of March, 2012 by and between SEISMIC EXCHANGE, INC., a Louisiana Corporation, and/or one or more of its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), and GEOKINETICS, INC., a Delaware Corporation, and/or one or more of its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
