THIS AGREEMENT is made on the 25th day of June, 2012 by and between Kathryn JohnBull (the “Employee”) and DLH HOLDINGS CORP. (formerly, TeamStaff, Inc.), a New Jersey corporation (the “Company”) and is effective as of the 25th day of June, 2012 (the “Effective Date”).
