(“ENERGYNET”), with a business address at 7201 I-40 W., Ste. 319, Amarillo, TX, 79106, herein called “ENERGYNET”, and Eastern American Natural Gas Trust, with a business address at The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., Corporate Trustee, 919 Congress, Austin Texas 78701 herein called “SELLER.”
