This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Employment Agreement”) is dated as of February 7, 2012 and is between UNIVERSAL HOSPITAL SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and William C. Mixon (the “Executive”).
