This CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this 15th day of November, 2012, by and between Cantel Medical Corp. on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to as the “Company”), and Jorgen B. Hansen (“Employee”).
