This Employment Agreement dated as of December 12, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), and Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”), sets forth the principal terms of the employment relationship between Alejandra Veltmann (the “Employee”) and Geokinetics Inc. and/or its subsidiaries (the “Company”).
