THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of January 2, 2013, with an effective date of February 4, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Liquidity Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“LSI” or the “Company”), and Leoncio Casusol (the “Executive”).
