This Restricted Stock Award Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the date of grant set forth on the signature page below (the “Grant Date”) by and between HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and the undersigned employee of the Company or its Subsidiary (“Employee”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
