THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 23rd, 2011 (the “Effective Date”) by and between PPD DEVELOPMENT, LP, a Texas limited partnership, with its principal executive offices located at 929 North Front Street, Wilmington, North Carolina 28401 (“PPD”) and Aastrom Biosciences, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, with its principal executive offices located at 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby K, Ann Arbor Michigan 48105 (“Sponsor”).
