AGREEMENT made as of the 31st day of May, 2013 by and between Fred Alger Management, Inc., a New York corporation (“Alger Management”) and AlgerGlobal Growth Fund, a registered open-end management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”) and an unincorporated business trust organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and (the “Fund” or the “Trust”).
