This Second Amendment (the “Amendment”) to that certain Employment Agreement, dated as of March 29, 2010, which was subsequently amended as of August 11, 2010 (collectively, the “Employment Agreement”), by and between Air Lease Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and John L. Plueger (the “Executive”), is made as of May 30, 2013. Any capitalized term not defined in this Amendment shall have the meaning set forth in the Employment Agreement.
