THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 17, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between DATALINK CORPORATION, a Minnesota corporation (“Borrower”) and CASTLE PINES CAPITAL LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CPC”).
