THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered as of December 1, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Unitek USA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Unitek”), and Daniel Yannantuono (“Employee”).
