THIS GLOBAL CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT is made on , 2013, by and between The Boston Trust & Walden Funds a Massachusetts business trust and registered as an open-end management investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, (the “Client”) and Citibank, N.A. acting through its offices located in New York (the “Custodian”).

(“Citi” or the “Administrator”), to that certain Administration Agreement, dated March 23, 1999, between the Trust and Citi (as amended and in effect on the date hereof, the “Agreement”).
