Uncommitted Line of Credit Agreement (as amended or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), dated as of October 7, 2013, is among Amphenol Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), certain Subsidiaries of the Borrower party hereto (each a “Subsidiary Guarantor”), and Sovereign Bank, N.A.
